We integrate sustainability across the full investment lifecycle – from due diligence to ownership and exit – embedding it across all strategies and geographies to support better decisions and long-term value creation.

Approach

As part of our commercial approach, we identify the most material sustainability factors during due diligence and embed them into each portfolio company’s value creation plan to actively shape strategic priorities from the outset of ownership. Our Sustainability and Impact Policy allocates responsibility for documenting, reporting, and monitoring sustainability issues across our multi-disciplinary investment team. Our team comprises professionals with financial, economic, and legal expertise, and our dedicated Sustainability team. We collaborate on sustainability integration at every stage of our investment process.

Our stewardship model aims to foster purposeful and impactful engagement with portfolio companies. We believe sustainability is a strategic tool for businesses to create value and manage risks more effectively and we actively work with management teams and businesses throughout our ownership period.

Our Environmental Opportunities strategy seeks to generate environmental impact alongside financial returns. Leveraging our proprietary Impact Assessment Framework, our team evaluates each business’ impact both before and throughout our investment.

Industry Contribution
