Bethany Shiers

Bethany is an Associate Director in the Buyout team at Adamantem Capital. Bethany is responsible for the origination and execution of investments, portfolio company management and investment realisations.

Prior to joining Adamantem, she spent five years at August Equity and BGF in London where she was responsible for the origination and execution of new investments and portfolio management. Her experience is mainly in the Business Services, Healthcare and Technology sectors. Bethany started her career doing CDD and growth strategy for Private Equity clients at CIL Management Consultants.

Bethany received a Master of Arts in History from the University of Cambridge.
