Elena Pleass is a Director in the Buyout team at Adamantem Capital. Elena joined the firm in 2021 and she is responsible for the management and execution of new investments, portfolio company management and investment realisations.

Prior to Adamantem, she held roles at TPG Capital and J.P. Morgan, where she worked across a number of private and public market transactions across the consumer, healthcare and business services sectors.

Elena received a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Finance from the Australian National University.
