Lucas is an Associate in the Buyout team at Adamantem Capital, he joined the firm in 2025.

Prior to joining Adamantem, Lucas was an Associate at Kearney.

Lucas received a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from the University of New South Wales where he was awarded the University Medal.
