Ali Ledger holds the position of Events and Marketing at Adamantem Capital. She joined the firm in early 2017 and prior to this worked as Rob Koczkar’s Executive Assistant at Social Ventures Australia. Prior to moving to Australia, Ali worked as an Events Manager for four years in the UK in the legal sector.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Public Relations and Design Management from the University of Huddersfield.

Prior to joining Adamantem, Amy spent three years in Strategy at Uber. She also worked at EY where she spent over two years in the Transaction Advisory Services team. Amy holds a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Australian National University, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Amy is admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales.

Andrew Bullock

Andrew Bullock is a Managing Director of Adamantem Capital. He is recognised as one of Australia’s most experienced corporate lawyers specialising in private equity and public market deals and he is also an experienced company director.
Andrew was previously a Partner at Gilbert + Tobin from 2006 to 2017, serving as head of the firm’s corporate advisory team and its market-leading private equity practice. Prior to Gilbert + Tobin, Andrew was a Partner at Minter Ellison and also spent three years in the London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He is a current director of Bailador Technology Investments Limited and of the Foundation of the Scots College, Sydney. Andrew also sits on the boards of Hygain, Legend and oversees Climate Friendly.
He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.

Angus Stuart

Angus Stuart is a Managing Director of Adamantem Capital.
Prior to this Angus was a Director at Wolseley Private Equity from 2007-2016, a Manager at Pacific Brands, and began his career at Bain & Company. He has substantial board experience as chairperson or director of the businesses owned by private equity funds and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Angus is actively involved in mentoring young people through various initiatives including in his previous role as President of Sydney University Rugby Club and sits on the board of Hellers and Advara Hearthcare and oversees Heritage. Angus holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a BEng (Hons) from the University of Sydney.

Anthony Kerwick

Anthony Kerwick is a Managing Director of Adamantem Capital. He has extensive experience in private equity, company directorships and management consulting.
Anthony was a Managing Director at PEP from 2004 to 2014, having joined in 1999. Prior to this, he spent five years at Bain & Company as a global strategy consultant. Anthony is on the board of Hellers, Linen Services Australia and oversees NAK.
Anthony is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He received a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of Queensland.

Callum Morrison

Callum is a Director at Adamantem Capital.
Prior to joining Adamantem, Callum was an Engagement Manager at Port Jackson Partners (a strategy boutique founded by ex. McKinsey partners) where he spent four years advising clients across Australia, Asia and Europe.
Callum holds a Bachelor of Environments (Construction Management) from the University of Melbourne where he was awarded the University Medal; he also holds a Diploma of Applied Finance.

David Brennecke

David has nine years of private equity experience, most recently at Affinity Equity Partners (2021-2023) and prior to that, Archer Capital (2014-2020) where he was responsible for the origination and execution of new investments, portfolio company management and investment realisation. David started his career with UBS in the Investment Banking Department in 2012. During his career David has worked with a diverse range of businesses, predominantly in the automotive, entertainment, healthcare and industrial sectors.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Monash University.

Prior to joining, Donna’s experience includes operational manager roles within the hospitality and events/venue business.

Douglas Lochhead
General Counsel

General Counsel
Douglas is the General Counsel of Adamantem Capital.
Douglas is an English and NSW qualified lawyer with almost 30 years’ experience in banking and financial services law. Before joining Adamantem he was Senior Legal Counsel and then Head of Legal and Tax for Investec Australia, where he also led strategic projects such as restructurings and changes to operating models.
Douglas trained at Linklaters in London and New York, and has worked at KWM on two separate occasions, most recently as a Special Counsel. He spent three years as a Partner at Harbottle & Lewis, a boutique London law firm, where he ran the aviation and finance practice and was on the firm’s management committee.
He has a Master of Arts in Economics (Honours) from the University of Edinburgh.

Prior to joining Adamantem, Elena worked in private equity for two years at TPG Capital in Australia. Prior to this, Elena worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where she worked across a number of M&A and capital markets transactions in the General Industrials coverage team.

Consulting where he worked on numerous commercial strategy and transaction advisory engagements for clients across a range of industries. Prior to this, Enrico also worked in Deloitte Consulting's Technology Strategy and Transformation arm.

Gemma Richardson is the Chief Financial Officer of Adamantem Capital. Gemma has over 20 years of experience in the funds management industry both in Australia and overseas.
Prior to joining Adamantem she was head of the Australian private equity division of Citco Fund Services. Prior to this she was Senior Financial Controller at Pacific Road Capital from 2011 to 2018 and Senior Manager of a global fund administrator from 2004 to 2010.

Georgina Varley

Georgina Varley is a Managing Director at Adamantem Capital. Prior to joining Adamantem Capital, Georgina worked in private equity as an Investment Director at Archer Capital (2017-2018) and an Investment Director at Arowana International (2013-2016). She also worked at Macquarie Group (Sydney and London) from 2006-2013 in investment banking and principal investment. Georgina sits on the board of Retail Zoo and is Chair of Climate Friendly.

Gunjan Goel

Gunjan joined Adamantem with over 12 years of acquisition finance, banking and private capital investing experience. Prior to joining Adamantem, Gunjan was an Investment Director at Metrics (2018-2021) where she was responsible for origination, execution and management of transactions across strategies ranging from private credit to private equity. She also worked in leveraged finance at Westpac (2015-2018) and started her career in corporate finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (2009-2015).
Gunjan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Mathematics) (Hons) from Delhi University and a Master of Business (Banking & Finance) from Monash University.

Imran Choudhury is a Managing Director at Adamantem Capital. Imran was previously a Senior Manager in the Corporate and Asset Finance division at Macquarie Bank (Sydney) from 2014 to 2017. He also worked in private equity for H.I.G. Capital (New York) from 2010 to 2013 and in investment banking for Jefferies & Company (New York) from 2008 to 2010. Imran sits on the board of Retail Zoo.

Julia Koop is the Director of Investor Relations at Adamantem Capital. Julia has over seventeen years of experience in capital raising and investor relations in the funds management industry in both Australia and New York.
Prior to joining Adamantem she was the Australia / New Zealand Director of Investor Relations at Fortress Investment Group from 2012-2016. Prior to this Julia lived in New York for six years where she worked at Indus Capital and Citi Alternative Investments.

Kate Allan is the Director of People, Office and Culture at Adamantem. She joined the firm in 2015 and has worked in the private equity industry since 2008. Prior to joining Adamantem, Kate worked at Pacific Equity Partners as an Executive Assistant to Anthony Kerwick and Rob Koczkar with responsibility for providing executive support on due diligence transactions, portfolio management, fundraising and recruitment activities. In her previous roles at Great Big Events and Marchese + Partners she combined Office Management and Executive Assistant skills.

Managing Director Responsibility and Impact
Natasha Morris is the Managing Director of Responsibility and Impact at Adamantem Capital. Natasha is responsible for developing and embedding responsible and impact investing principles and practices into the Adamantem Group’s investment products, stewardship processes, own operations and industry and stakeholder engagements.
Natasha has worked across both the private sector and the social impact sector for over twenty years in both Australia and the UK. Before joining Adamantem Capital, Natasha was focused on impact investing, venture philanthropy, operations and strategy in the social sector (including at Social Ventures Australia). Prior to that Natasha’s private sector career included working in infrastructure investing in the investment team (at Hastings Funds Management) and project and infrastructure finance law (at King & Wood Mallesons in Australia and Norton Rose in the UK).
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact from the University of New South Wales.

Prior to joining Adamantem, Nicola spent four years working in Funds Financing executing leverage transactions and FX hedging for global financial sponsors at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Sydney and New York).
Nicola completed a Masters in Sustainability Management (with Distinction) at the Sustainability Management School in Gland, Switzerland. Nicola is a CAIA Charterholder and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.

Rajiv Viswanathan

Rajiv Viswanathan is a Managing Director of Adamantem Capital with a focus on investment in environmental opportunities, including decarbonisation and natural capital. He has worked across the private, public and social impact sectors in Sydney, New York and London.
From 2016 to 2020, Rajiv was Chief Executive Officer of Indigenous Business Australia (IBA), a commercially focused statutory corporation with $1.7 billion in assets, and from 2012-2016 ran IBA’s investment portfolio which comprised over $400 million invested across diversified funds and direct investments in real assets, renewable energy, tourism, agribusiness and other sectors. From 2004 to 2012, Rajiv worked at Macquarie Group in New York and Sydney, and prior to that worked for several years (from 1998 to 2004) as a corporate lawyer with Slaughter & May in London and Allens in Sydney.
Rajiv is passionate about developing commercial solutions to create environmental and social impact. He serves as a director of non-for-profit organisations working in disability, social & affordable housing and financial literacy. Rajiv has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Richard Waters

Richard Waters is a Managing Director of Adamantem Capital. He is responsible for operations of investee companies within the portfolio.
Prior to joining Adamantem Capital, Rick was an Executive Director at Macquarie Group where he was Head of both the Business Services (Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Sourcing and Vendor Management, Payment Operations) and Services Management (Corporate Operations Operating Risk, Business Resilience, Enterprise Data, Regulatory Reporting, Regulatory Change) Divisions (2015-2018). He was previously Head of the Business Improvement and Strategy Division (2006-2015). Rick was a management consultant with Bain & Company from 1998 to 2006. Richard sits on the board of Zenitas and Legend and is the Chair for Heritage.
Rick completed an MBA at AGSM, University of New South Wales and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology.

Rob Koczkar

Rob Koczkar is a Managing Director of Adamantem Capital. His experience spans private equity, public company directorships, strategy and social impact investing.
He was Chief Executive Officer of Social Ventures Australia from 2014 to 2018, a Managing Director of PEP from 2004 to 2014 and a Principal with Texas Pacific Group from 2002 to 2004. Rob also spent seven years with Bain & Company, advising clients on issues relating to strategy, mergers, and operating improvements in a wide range of industries.
Rob received a BEng (Hons.) in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Melbourne. Rob currently sits on the board of Hygain, Zenitas, Climate Friendly and oversees Advara HeartCare. He also serves as the Chair of Social Ventures Australia.
