Diana Chen

Diana is the Director of Sustainability at Adamantem Capital, she joined the firm in 2025.

Prior to joining Adamantem, Diana worked at Schneider Electric’s climate change advisory arm, the Sustainability Business, where she led the Private Equity Practice for Asia Pacific and the Middle East, supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies on their sustainability and decarbonisation journeys.

Diana received a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge, an Executive Education in Sustainability Leadership from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
