Kate Allan

Kate Allan is the Director of People, Office and Culture at Adamantem. She has been with the firm since inception and is responsible for shaping and supporting the employee experience within the firm. She also manages the office and IT systems as well as managing the administration team.

Prior to joining Adamantem, Kate worked at Pacific Equity Partners from 2008 to 2015 as an Executive Assistant to Anthony Kerwick and Rob Koczkar with responsibility for providing executive support on due diligence transactions, portfolio management, fundraising and recruitment activities.

Kate received a Bachelor of Applied Arts from The University of New South Wales, College of Fine Arts.
