Antony Rumboll

Antony is the General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Adamantem, he is an English and NSW qualified lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in both private practice and in-house roles specialising in corporate and financial services law.

Before joining Adamantem, he was a Partner and head of Australian Equity Capital Markets at Baker McKenzie, where he led teams on market leading corporate transactions. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Antony spent 10 years as a senior member of the in-house legal team at UBS, where he advised on transactions across the full breadth of its market leading Australasian investment banking business.

Antony received a Master of Arts in Natural Sciences (Genetics) from the University of Cambridge.
